Matte Box Kit - for all dv and hdv camcorder features 15mm aluminium rod support and a French flag. Matte Boxes control light better than a regular lens shade and offer the videographer the ability to use high quality 4x4 filters for image effects.

This matte box with rod support is easily deattachable. It is light in weight but is made up of strong material.

UNIVERSAL ROD SUPPORT SPECIFICATIONS :

• Diameter = 15mm
• Length = 255mm (25.5cm)
• Distance between two rod (from center of rod to center of rod) = 60mm
• Height from the tripod plate to camera base plate = 40mm

KEY FEATURES :

• Matte Box : This matte box system allows 4:3 aspect ratios and accepts 4x4" filters.
• Rod Support : The rod support system takes the weight of the camera lens and allows bellows and vertical adjustments.
• French Flag : Allows for more light control from lens flare.
• Filter Holder : Allows 4x4" filter to be used with this matte box. The filter holders are rotationary and can be removed & inserted easily.
• Foam Donuts : Mattebox with rod support attaches to DV cameras in such a way that only a soft rubber cushioned lens ring (DONUT) contacts your lens barrel, so you don't have to worry about your lens during the bumps and grinds of capturing exciting footage. Kit includes five donut with inner diameter 81mm, 78mm, 75mm, 65mm, 54mm.
